In an effort to take a deeper dive into healthcare reform, I'm seeking your input to better understand the challenges that exist and/or the discrepancy between healthcare delivery (oral healthcare included) and patient satisfaction. I'm looking for some feedback about what you value in healthcare, what you expect from it, and why you might not have found it. This can be in any aspect of healthcare, medical or dental care.
